When will I receive my product?
We ship out every Wednesday and Friday, so unless there’s a recognized holiday, you can plan on arriving 3 business days after it’s shipped, not including weekends or holidays. USPS does not ship on Sundays. We ship USPS and First class priority.
Vitality Skin Care is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we currently ship only within the U.S.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is FREE with orders placed over $75. Otherwise, it’s based on weight.
Can I return a product?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for the value. Product must be no more than 50% used and not damaged. Returns must be accepted within 30 days.
To do so, please mail product to 324 182nd Ave E #B Lake Tapps, Wa. 98391 via USPS. Please pad the product to ensure it doesn't break.
Vitality Skin Care isn’t responsible for any damages done by USPS.
Upon arrival of the product, we will issue you a full refund within 7 days. If an exchange is desired, please email us at email@example.com to notify us which product you’d like to exchange it for.
What if the product I want is not in stock?
If that is the case, we will notify you as soon as it’s in. Please email us and let us know which product you are looking for. For more information, please email our support center at firstname.lastname@example.org.
